Program Summary Table

The table below summarizes the amount of time each program has used.

• Program is the observing run name, or the coversheet identification. "public" is a special observation, where the data are available to all users. These are generally standard star observations. Other examples may include pointing models which are not charge to any one and do not have any corresponding exposure time.
• The value in the Obs, for observation time, is the total number of hours of clock time including overhead used by the program.
• The value in the Exp column, for exposure time, is the total number of hours of open shutter time for that program.
• Alloc is the allocation to the program by the TAC in hours.
• Team simply lists the program team, with the subitting PI first.

Conditions Summary Table

This table simple summarizes the observing conditions per month.

• Month is the year, month and starting day of the time considered.
• Total represents the total number of hours of darkness, defined as between -9 degree sunset to -9 degree sunrise, over the month.
• OK gives the number of hours it was determined to be ok to open the telescope. Reasons for closure may include weather or engineering issues.
• The FWHM lists the average seeing for the month.
• Transparency lists the typical transparency for the telescope in magnitudes as compared to a fiducial zeropoint. This may reflect clouds or it may reflect other issues.
